We invest in our tenants' futures
Arbor projects partner with Community Housing of Utah (CHU), an organization that helps tenants build their personal savings and prepare to buy their first home through a free, optional program called the Tenant Wealth Initiative.

Due to the rising costs of housing, the average Utah family can no longer afford to buy their first home. Community Housing of Utah (CHU) is an organization dedicated to helping Utahns build wealth in a new way, by distributing the majority of what would have been a developer’s cash flow from a property back to the residents that live there.
Each building will have its own unique features. In addition to common amenities like gyms, clubhouses, and garage parking, Arbor communities partner with unique initiatives to provide the option for residents to easily access community gardens, healthy food, and even early childhood education programs.
